Eagleto – Terms & Conditions

Eagleto is a Windows-based WhatsApp automation software designed to help businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations streamline communication, automate bulk messaging, schedule follow-ups, and provide AI-powered responses through integrated chatbots like ChatGPT and Gemini. The software provides powerful tools such as multi-account management, unlimited message templates, keyword-triggered auto-replies, follow-up automation, bulk messaging engine, and AI chatbot integration, all aimed at improving efficiency and engagement. Eagleto operates as a local Windows application (.exe file), ensuring that all user data remains stored locally on the client’s device, with no connection between the software and Eagleto developers, administrators, or servers.
1. System Requirements
To use Eagleto, users must have:
Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
RAM: Minimum 8 GB
Users are responsible for ensuring their system meets these requirements for proper software functionality.
2. Software Purpose
Eagleto is strictly a tool for WhatsApp automation and AI-assisted messaging. It provides functionality to send bulk messages, create templates, manage multiple accounts, automate replies, and integrate AI chatbots. Its effectiveness depends entirely on user strategy and usage, and it does not guarantee outcomes.
3. WhatsApp Ban Disclaimer and Compliance
WhatsApp accounts can be banned, blocked, or restricted for misuse or excessive messaging.
Eagleto does not monitor, control, or manage WhatsApp accounts.
Users are fully responsible for their account usage, including message content, frequency, and targeting.
Eagleto is not liable for any account bans, blocks, locks, suspensions, or losses resulting from user activity.
If WhatsApp restricts or limits any bulk messaging or automation features in the future, Eagleto will abide by WhatsApp rules, and those features may become unavailable or disabled. Users acknowledge and accept that such changes are beyond Eagleto’s control.
4. User Responsibility
All campaigns, templates, contacts, and messages are controlled and managed by the user.
Users must comply with WhatsApp’s terms of service, applicable laws, and ethical messaging practices.
Eagleto provides automation tools and AI chatbot features, but all actions are user-driven, and the software cannot prevent or reverse any restrictions imposed by WhatsApp.
5. Offline Privacy & Data Security
Eagleto is a fully offline application. All data, including contacts, messages, templates, and campaign history, is stored locally on the user’s device.
Eagleto developers do not access, store, or transmit any user data, ensuring complete privacy.
Users are responsible for device security, data backups, and safe storage of their Eagleto data.
6. Intellectual Property
Eagleto, its code, design, and content are owned by the developers.
Users are granted a non-transferable license to use the software.
Redistribution, reselling, or modification of Eagleto without explicit permission is prohibited.
7. No Refund Policy
All purchases of Eagleto are final.
Due to the digital and installable nature of the software, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.
By purchasing Eagleto, users acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
8. Support & Updates
Eagleto may provide software updates or enhancements at its discretion.
Support is limited to technical guidance for software installation and usage.
Eagleto does not provide guidance on WhatsApp compliance or marketing guarantees.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using Eagleto, users agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that:
All WhatsApp activity is user-controlled.
Eagleto is not responsible for account bans, blocks, or business losses.
Data remains completely offline and private.
Users are responsible for compliance with WhatsApp policies and legal requirements.
Future changes in WhatsApp’s rules may limit certain features, and users accept these changes.
No refunds will be provided after purchase.
10. Prohibited Actions
Users must avoid the following actions while using Eagleto, especially in the initial stages of campaigns:
Including links (websites, email addresses, social media links, or any other URLs) within message content.
Not using random numbers, rotating greeting words, or message variants.
Sending bad posts: overly long messages, repetitive content, or excessive words throughout posts.
These actions may result in recipients marking your messages as spam, potentially leading to automatic suspension by WhatsApp.
11. Recommended Account Practices
To minimize risks and ensure smooth campaigns:
Maintain a minimum of 3+ WhatsApp accounts and rotate them while sending messages.
Keep at least 3 friendly numbers for every 10 messages.
Assign a hook number to receive all replies.
Always enable random number generation in messages.
Do not use completely new WhatsApp accounts without preparation.
12. New WhatsApp Account Warm-Up Procedure
If using a new WhatsApp account, follow these steps to gradually “warm” the account and reduce risk:
Convert the new SIM account to a WhatsApp Business Account. Complete all fields: email, working hours, catalogue, etc.
Join a minimum of 10+ groups daily (related or unrelated). More groups = more traffic to your account.
Be active in groups as much as possible to establish engagement.
Connect a Gmail account in WhatsApp for chat backup.
Use the same Gmail account as the primary Google account on the device.
Sync contacts in Gmail (1000–10,000+). Gather client data from sources like Google Maps and import into Google Contacts. More contacts = more account “warmth.”
Even for older accounts, following the above steps helps increase traffic and reduce the risk of bans.
